By accessing or using any part of the phskay Platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must discontinue use of the phskay Platform immediately.

phskay reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

This Agreement is provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between translated versions and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

To register and use the phskay Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of phskay or any associated gaming software provider.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by phskay or any recognized gaming authority.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual person; corporate entities and automated accounts are not permitted.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above. phskay reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time.

To access the full features of the phskay Platform, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• One account per person: Each player may maintain only one account on the phskay Platform. Multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, or payment method used — are prohibited. phskay reserves the right to merge or terminate duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated bonuses or winnings without notice.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, complete, and current information during registration, including your real full name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Account credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phskay is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• KYC verification: phskay applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before withdrawals are processed or before certain account features are unlocked. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Account updates: It is your responsibility to keep your registered information current and accurate. Please notify phskay support promptly of any changes to your contact details or payment methods.

The phskay Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven cash payments, Coins.ph, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method.

The following terms apply to all financial transactions on phskay:

• Deposits are credited to your phskay wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds. GCash and Maya deposits are typically processed instantly; bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the originating institution.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been registered and verified under your account name. phskay does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods belonging to other individuals.
• All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP) unless otherwise stated at the time of the transaction.
• phskay does not charge processing fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside phskay's control.
• phskay reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large amounts, or accounts flagged by fraud detection systems.
• Funds in your phskay wallet do not accrue interest. phskay is not a financial institution and does not operate under banking regulations.

phskay offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any additional terms specified in the individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn as cash. The wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and bingo may contribute a reduced percentage or zero. Game-specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• Welcome bonus: The first-deposit welcome bonus is available to new accounts only. It may be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or payment method. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account termination.
• Bonus expiry: Unclaimed or partially completed bonuses expire after the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and associated pending winnings will be forfeited without compensation.
• Bonus abuse: phskay reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses, and to retain associated winnings, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to reduce wagering risk, or systematically exploiting promotional terms.

phskay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. In cases where a promotion has been activated in error or due to a technical fault, phskay reserves the right to reverse the credited amount.

All games available on the phskay Platform — including slots, live casino, bingo, and sports betting — operate under the rules of their respective software providers. In the event of a conflict between general phskay terms and a specific game provider's rules, the provider's rules shall apply to that specific game.

phskay's electronic games (slots, bingo, virtual games) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and audited to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each slot title is available within the game information panel.

• Live casino games are operated by licensed live dealer studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and SA Gaming. All games are conducted by real human dealers on physical equipment and streamed in real time.
• Sports betting odds are set and managed by phskay's sportsbook operations team. Odds are subject to change up to and including the moment of bet placement. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation apply.
• In the event of a palpably erroneous odds being displayed (for example, due to a data feed error), phskay reserves the right to void bets placed at such odds and refund the stake amount.
• All game outcomes, dealer decisions, and settlement results are final once confirmed by the system, except where an error has materially affected the outcome. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phskay Platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games, place bets, or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping in poker-style games or coordinating bets to guarantee outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game. Players who discover such issues are required to report them to support immediately; exploitation will be treated as a violation.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using phskay's Platform to facilitate illegal financial transactions.
• Creating accounts on behalf of another individual, or allowing another person to operate your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Participating in the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

phskay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, unauthorized payment use, or money laundering.
• Account belonging to an underage player.
• Threat of chargebacks or disputed transactions without legitimate grounds.
• Voluntary closure requested by the account holder.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the player.

Upon account closure, any balance of genuinely deposited funds (net of any applicable bonus balance subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. phskay is not liable for any losses or inconveniences resulting from a necessary account suspension.

You may voluntarily close your phskay account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five business days.

phskay is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligation to player welfare seriously. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be pursued as a source of income or as a means of recovering financial losses.

phskay provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period.
• Session time reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a defined duration of continuous play.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phskay Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without express written permission from phskay.
• Create derivative works based on phskay's proprietary content or brand assets.
• Use phskay's trademarks, logos, or brand identity in any way that could cause consumer confusion or imply affiliation without authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of phskay's intellectual property is a material violation of this Agreement and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phskay, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the phskay Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Loss of profits, winnings, or expected gaming outcomes.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Technical errors, bugs, or system failures not caused by phskay's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
• Actions taken in good faith by phskay in compliance with applicable law or regulatory direction.

phskay makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phskay's total aggregate liability to you under this Agreement shall in no event exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to phskay in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phskay collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of and should be read alongside this Agreement. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in phskay's Privacy Policy.

In summary, phskay uses your personal data to:

• Verify your identity and age for account registration and KYC compliance.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and account transactions.
• Detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, and abuse.
• Communicate with you regarding your account, promotions, and platform updates (where you have consented to marketing communications).
• Meet obligations under applicable Philippine law and regulatory requirements.

phskay reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting your rights, the bonus structure, or payment policies in a significant way — phskay will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or registered email address prior to the changes taking effect.

Minor amendments (such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or updates to reflect regulatory guidance) may be made without prior notice and will take effect upon publication on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the phskay Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account and cease using the Platform before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines in relation to any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement.

In the event of a dispute between you and phskay, we encourage you to first contact our support team to seek an amicable resolution. The majority of account and game disputes can be resolved efficiently through direct communication with our support team. If a satisfactory resolution is not achieved through direct communication, you may escalate the matter in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

Any dispute regarding game outcomes must be submitted within 72 hours of the relevant event. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.
