phskay is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every player who uses our platform. We do not collect sensitive personal information such as racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health data, or biometric identifiers unless specifically required by law and disclosed to you separately at the point of collection.

phskay uses your personal data for the following specific and legitimate purposes:

• Account creation and management: To register your phskay account, verify your identity and age (21+), and maintain your account profile throughout your relationship with us.
• Payment processing: To process deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other supported payment channels, and to maintain an accurate transaction history in your account wallet.

phskay retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and for as long as required to meet our legal and regulatory obligations. The following general retention guidelines apply:

• Active account data: Retained for the full duration of your account relationship with phskay, plus a post-closure retention period as required by law.
• Financial and transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five years following the last transaction, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• KYC and identity documents: Retained for the duration of the account relationship plus a minimum of five years post-closure, as required by AMLC guidelines.
• Support communications: Retained for a minimum of two years to support dispute resolution and service improvement.
• Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of consent plus a reasonable period thereafter to demonstrate compliance.

Once retention periods have expired, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be linked to an individual. Anonymised aggregate data may be retained indefinitely for statistical and platform improvement purposes.

phskay will respond to all data rights requests within 30 calendar days. Where a request is complex or numerous, we may extend this period by a further 30 days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it. We may request proof of your identity before processing any data rights request to ensure we do not disclose personal data to an unauthorised person.

Exercising your data rights is free of charge. However, where requests are manifestly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive, phskay reserves the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee or decline to act on the request, with written explanation.

The phskay Platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use phskay, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.

phskay does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from an underage individual, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the payment source after deducting any winnings generated.

The phskay Platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party services — including payment processors such as GCash and Maya, and game software providers. These third parties operate under their own privacy policies and data protection practices.

phskay is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services or the content of their privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party service you interact with through or alongside the phskay Platform. The inclusion of a reference to a third-party service on the phskay Platform does not constitute an endorsement of that party's data handling practices.

phskay reserves the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or the services we provide. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

Where changes to this Policy are material — for example, changes to the categories of personal data we collect, the purposes for which we use it, or your rights — phskay will notify registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Minor changes, such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not affect your rights or our data practices in a substantive way, may be made without prior notice. Your continued use of the phskay Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
